At CRUS LAPIS, we work faithfully to 100% customer satisfaction and to provide high quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return the product to us within 30-days if it complies with the return policy.
Please read this page carefully before sending the product back to us.
GUARANTEE
CRUSLAPIS jewelry is produced with care and quality, so we confidently stand behind our products with a generous and long-term return guarantee process.
The warranty period of all CRUS LAPIS products is 2 years. (TKHK ARTICLE 53) If any manufacturing defect occurs in the product you purchased, CRUS LAPIS will repair your product free of charge for a lifetime if it complies with the warranty conditions. (ATTENTION! Normally, according to TKHK article 53, the warranty period of a product is minimum 2 years. While this period cannot be reduced to the detriment of the Consumer, it can be increased against CRUS LAPIS, so it can be 3-4 or more. Although it mentions a Lifetime Warranty in case of DEFECT here – I think - it would be more useful for you to specify only 2 years warranty, not lifetime warranty)
All repair requests are handled by our authorized team before the repair process is processed. are under scrutiny. If our authorized team believes that the damage is caused by external factors and not by the manufacturer, this is notified to you and a paid repair process is initiated if deemed appropriate.
RETURNS
You can return your product to CRUS LAPIS for a refund, size change, inside lettering or repair request. Our only request for this is to fill out our return form and attach a copy of it with the product to the package you sent.
For an easy and fast return process, please indicate the reason for returning the product correctly and fill in all the necessary parts on the form. If you do not fill in the required information, the product you send back will not be processed.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address along with the information of the address you will send back and a copy of the form you have filled in. Please print out a copy of this form and attach it to the package. Please note that your return request will be processed based on the information you submit online. Handwritten notes on the hard copy of the return form will not be considered.
Please pack your product(s) carefully before handing over to the shipment. We recommend that you send the product back to us with an insured (secure) and trackable shipping method. CRUSLAPIS is not responsible for any loss or damage of the returned product during shipping. (This part will definitely be!)
When the customer returns the product, the shipping fee belongs to the customer himself. CRUSLAPIS is not responsible for this fee.

If we receive the product you sent back, your request will be processed with the product within 2-4 business days.
All returned products are reviewed by our Quality Control Team before claims are processed. Additional fees may apply at the end of this inspection, if necessary or depending on the condition of the product. Once the item has been reviewed, we will notify you prior to processing if you incur any charges.

Products purchased with the credit defined in the CRUSLAPIS account can only be returned for the same credit and will not be processed for a refund. This credit is non-cashable, non-transferable, or used for services such as express shipping and size change fees.
REFUND
Refunds will only occur if the following provisions are met:
The product must not show any signs of use (scratches, defects or any damage from use).
Refunds are not accepted for products with writing (engraving) applied.
Returns will not be accepted if the original seal is broken. (All products without an inside letter are sent with a black seal (rope). Please make sure that this seal is not broken.)
The products must be returned as they were sent to you (with the product, invoice, waybill, certificate, insurance forms, product box, packaging and all other documents and materials).
Products with a size change for the rings are not refundable.
This item cannot be returned if the order is a special, personalized order.
The item cannot be returned if it contains GIA certified diamonds.
Product(s) must be sent back for refund within 30 days of delivery.
The return fee will be sent to you via the same payment method you used when placing your original order. (This amount does not include shipping costs.) Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund made by us to appear in your account.
WRITING (ENGRAVING) (This part is not so important)
Have you received your product and want a special text written on it? Cruslapis redesigns your rings for you with a special text of your choice. For this service, you need to pay 12 TL per character and 12 TL for shipping.
If you are returning the product for the inside letter, please fill out our return form and follow the steps outlined there during the process. You have to send us your products that you want to be written (engraved) without materials such as certificates, product boxes.
Lifetime Warranty will not be disabled if writing is applied to the product you ordered, it is still valid, but the product cannot be accepted for return. When the writing process (engraving) is applied on the product, the validity of the return provisions is eliminated. Please make sure that your item has not been internally processed by a 3rd party or outside jewelry shop as this will void your Lifetime Warranty.
Please note that the inside lettering (engraving) process takes approximately 25 working days, depending on the product.
LENGTH CHANGE
You have the right to change the size of your rings free of charge within 30 days after the delivery of the product. Custom or modified products (custom orders designed and/or manufactured to customer specifications) are not eligible for a free size change.
Please note that the rings are subject to size variation only within the range of ring sizes available on the CRUSLAPIS website. Special design rings (orders designed and/or custom-made according to the customer's personal demands) are not eligible for free size change. (Not even this part)
The size change process is only valid for changing the size of the ring. The width or thickness of the ring cannot be changed.
If you are returning the product for a size change, please fill out our return form and follow the steps outlined there during the process. You have to send us your products that you want to be changed in length, without materials such as certificates and product boxes. If these materials are not returned to you after the size change, this is not the responsibility of CRUSLAPİS.
Please ensure that your product has not been resized by a third party or outside jewelry shop as this will void your Lifetime Warranty. (If there will be no lifetime warranty, state that it is completely out of warranty, that is, it will be as follows: "The product specially produced for the consumer by CRUS LAPIS, a change in length or CRUS LAPIS will not be held liable by voiding its warranty obligation.”
During the size change process, it takes approximately 25 business days for your request to be processed, depending on the product, and a ring with a size change is not eligible for return.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you decide to cancel or edit your order, you can easily do so on our website within the first 60 minutes after placing your order. To change or cancel an order, please follow the steps below:
1 - Login to your CRUS LAPİS account. If you do not have a CRUS LAPIS account, you can easily create one by clicking the LOG IN/REGISTER button at the top of this page.
2 - After logging in, go to the "My Account" page and click on "My Orders" in the left menu.
3 - Select your order and click "Cancel" to cancel your order or "Edit" to change your order information.
Please note that an order in progress cannot be canceled or changed. Because your product will be in the production process, we are unable to process your cancellation or change request after the first 60 minutes.
